REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized items
Digital items, downloads, and files
Items that the buyer has used, damaged, or broken
Digital items such as but not limited to all personalized items, digital items, downloads, files, or items the buyer themselves have broken or lost themselves cannot be returned or refunded in any capacity. Digital items, downloads, and files can not be returned or refunded due to them being a digital asset and are immediately in use upon purchase.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You must email contact@creaturiam.com within 7 days of package delivery to start the process of receiving a refund on a return or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS
To return an item, please email contact@creaturiam.com. After receiving authorization on your return from us please place the item(s) securely in its original packaging. You will be emailed with instructions on how and where to send the package.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, if it is in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement or payment processing account depending on your credit card or payment processing company.
RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
All items shipped by our shop will be covered by insurance and can be fully refunded or exchanged if damaged, missing, or lost during shipping. Please email contact@creaturiam.com within 7 days of the package delivery date for damage. For missing items or contact us at any time if you believe your package may be lost.
