Adoptable TOS

-You acknowledge that upon purchase of this product you will automatically gain copyright over this design which can not be returned nor refunded.
This is a transfer of copyright over the character's design and you can't refund/return it due to it being a digital asset.

-You may use the design however you'd like once purchased (as long as it doesn't break any other TOS), this includes but is not limited to; selling, gifting, trading, commercial use, and etc.
I do not restrict how you use your character (as long as it doesn’t break the Terms of Service). You may use the design (not the actual adoptable art, but the character design rights) for a premade fursuit, company mascot/logo, tshirts, pins, other merch, other commercial use and etc. as long as it is within Terms of Service

-If you charge back or attempt to make a dispute against the payment for this design, the character design and any of it's content's ownership (ex: art you commissioned of said character) is automatically granted back to me even if said content was not given by me. If the dispute or charge back is canceled and I am paid you will be re-granted the full copyrights as before and I will have not have ownership as before.
This is to protect me, if someone charges me back I will gain full rights of the character again, to sell or use as I please even if it has other content, for example artwork, that didn't come from me if I find it. This means any spreading of artwork of this character by this person would be prohibited as well. This gives the incentive not to charge back or file a dispute, in any other circumstance I can not take the character away from you, this is only if someone commits fraud against me.

-If the design was sold, gifted, traded, or etc. before a charge back or dispute was made that is on you to resolve. I still will retain my rights to the product regardless of it being sold if a charge back or dispute was made on the payment.
This means that even in the case that they sold the character beforehand, I am still the sole owner if they chargeback/dispute payment afterwards.

-If the design was sold, gifted, traded, or etc. after a charge back or dispute was made I will still retain the copyright and that would be considered an act of copyright infringement.
This means that in the case that they sold the character afterward, I am still the sole owner if they chargeback/dispute payment beforehand and the character still rightfully belongs to me.

-If the design is being drawn as apart of or used for illegal/heinous depictions you will be blacklisted and blocked.
If the design is being drawn as apart of or used for illegal activity such as, but not limited to; child pornography, zoophilia (including feral sexual content), rape/sexual assault, or incitement of violence against a person(s), you will be blacklisted and blocked. Any attempt to get around being blacklisted I hold the right to refund a design at my discretion upon being caught bypassing a blacklist.

-Any part or iteration of my artwork or character designs/adoptables may not be exchanged, bought, sold, or otherwise used for or directly associated with Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, or the blockchain.
If this rule is broken the copyrights to the character design will be returned to me with refund. I am entitled to any sale or capitol gain made from the blockchain with my artwork or designs. My work cannot be used for NFTs or cryptocurrency at all to protect my work as well as the environment!

-I have the right to use my work to share publicly including on social media and in my portfolio.
Unless specified otherwise or an agreement is made, I am allowed to share my artwork and designs including on social media and in my portfolio.

-My artwork (not the design itself) cannot be altered without my permission.
If you would like my artwork to be altered in any way please ask permission before doing so. You may make small edits such as changing eye color in the artwork of your design, but I recommend asking first if you are not sure.
